Job Description

Reporting to Safety systems-manager, you will lead a team of Engineers to deliver compliant and high quality safety solutions to customers. You will be responsible for functional design, hardware design, application development, internal test, customer inspection and commissioning of safety systems. You are required to strictly follow Functional Safety Management procedure to ensure delivery of SIL compliant safety solutions. You will also track the progress of safety portion of the assigned project and ensure completeness with in budget and overall schedule. You are required to carryout front-end design activities and advise customers about international practices and new methodologies.

Diploma in Electrical Engrg

Technical Qualifications

Certification by TUV for functional safety management

Duration of Working Experience

7 Years

Requirements

You should possess a Degree or Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering with 7 years experience in Safety systems or DCS in an industrial environment. Preference would be given to those familiar with generation of application logic from Cause & Effect/Relay/process narratives. Exposure to IEC61508/61511 safety standards would be an added advantage. You should be technically savvy and shall have foresightedness to look out for potential risks and ensure preventive measures. You must be a team player with excellent analytical and planning skills
